    *The start date is the day the Melon team will start building your social account. You will not see posts immediately. You will be charged the prorated amount (if monthly) or the annual payment (if option chosen) for the full amount on your start date.

  • Connecting to Melon Local
    1. Access your Pages tab located on the left hand side of your homepage and click on the desired page
    2. Once you have selected your page, click on Settings
    3. Click on Page Roles
    4. Assign Susan Baloun (Melon Local Susan) as an Admin to your page by typing in social@melonlocal.com under Assign a New Page Role

  • Make sure your Instagram business page is connected to your Facebook Business page. If you need further help with this then please let your Client Success Manager know and they will provide you the information you need.

  • In order to connect to your LinkedIn account, we need the username and password for your State Farm focused LinkedIn account.

  • By completing and submitting this form, you are expressly agreeing to activate your plan and to be subject to all corresponding charges. Melon Local will charge you for management fees, processing fees, and online ad spend (if applicable), in accordance with your billing cycle, using the payment information you have provided. Online ad spend will be charged twice a month on the first and fifteenth, with reconciliation and refunding of absent funds performed at the end of each quarter. Payment processing will be conducted through Quickbooks, a PCI compliant program. To avoid incurring future charges, you may cancel or switch your plan by contacting your Melon Local representative or calling 702-723-2792 prior to the start of the next billing period. Please note that monthly plans canceled during the month will not be eligible for refunds. In the event of cancellation of an annual plan prior to the 12-month term, you will be charged a setup fee in addition to the standard monthly fee for each month services were provided.

    While the Melon Local team keeps a close eye on all applicable social platforms, we cannot be held responsible for changes made by other groups or individuals who may have access to your accounts. We encourage you to review everyone who has admin or editor access when adding Melon to each of the platforms above.
