Are you one in a Melon, too?
Careers with Melon Local are a pretty special gig. For that reason, we’re fairly picky about who we choose and vice versa. If you’re looking for a career that’s as fun as it is fulfilling, read on to find out why a job with Melon may be your next best move.
Melon Local is a great place to work for exactly five reasons:
- Melons are not our business, insurance marketing is. We know insurance marketing better than anyone, which makes us (and, potentially, you) a subject matter expert.
- We’re a laidback group with leaders who refuse to micromanage. We have our own jobs to do, and we trust that you’re here to do yours.
- We’ll go ahead and say it: we’re an “essential” business. At least, the local insurance agents we serve are… so, there is always a need for the services we provide.
- Our competitive benefits include PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, 401(k) match and more.
- Lastly, we get results. Therefore, you’re almost always dealing with happy, satisfied clients. Not every company can make a claim like that.
Open Positions with Melon Local
All positions listed below begin with three basic requirements: 1) You’re a hard worker. 2) You’re a forward-thinker with fresh ideas. 3) You are truly, not figuratively, a team player. All good? Proceed for specifics on our currently open positions.
