Soaring Eagle Agent Study Group Coming Back Stronger in 2026

The Soaring Eagle agent study group isn’t just back for 2026 — it’s bigger than ever.

More than 400 agents and team members from across the U.S. are already set to attend from January 28–30 at the Soaring Eagle Resort & Casino in Mt. Pleasant, MI, making this the largest gathering the study group has hosted yet.

Founder and insurance agent David Arce says even as the room expands, Soaring Eagle’s purpose stays locked in.

“It’s a meeting that spreads both wings,” says Arce. “But at the core of the meeting, it’s for agencies that could be very big and multi-location agencies, and it’s for brand-new agents trying to get off the ground.”
Whether you are still figuring out your first hires or managing a multi-location team, the agenda meets you where you are and pushes you forward with real, agent-tested strategies.

What to Expect for 2026

Soaring Eagle always finds a way to raise the bar, but 2026 comes with a few standout speakers that make this one feel especially big.
For the first time, attendees will hear early-year messaging from corporate leadership — offering a rare chance to get perspective on what’s next for agents straight from the source, right at the start of the year. You’ll also hear from top-performing agents like Dave Christy, Hunter Wyant, Peyton Pettus and Karen and Jeff Burtis, sharing the kind of real-world playbooks that make this meeting different.
As title sponsor, Melon Local will be there in full force — on the floor with you and on stage. Our CEO, Whitney Green-Olson, will be speaking during the main agenda and again in the team member track, bringing practical takeaways built for agencies at every stage.
Topics across the event will cover everything from sharpening sales strategies to streamlining growth, with plenty of time for Q&As, breakouts and the kind of networking that turns into real momentum back home.
As for the dress codes this year, Arce encourages everyone to wear their favorite sports attire throughout the meeting, so expect a sea of Lions gear, Ohio State jerseys and everything in between.
