In order for your social posts to be customized and unique to you, your team, your office and your community, there is a great deal of information and numerous assets we’ll need from you.

By signing with your initials and submitting this form, you are expressly agreeing to activate your plan and to be subject to all corresponding charges. Melon Local will charge you for management fees, setup fee (if applicable), and processing fees in accordance with your billing cycle, using the payment information you have provided. Payment processing will be conducted through Stripe, a PCI compliant program. To avoid incurring future charges, you may cancel or switch your plan by contacting your Melon Local representative or calling 702-723-2792 prior to the start of the next billing period. Please note that monthly plans canceled during the month will not be eligible for refunds. In the event of cancellation of an annual plan prior to the 12-month term, you will be charged a setup fee in addition to the standard monthly fee for each month services were provided. Your social package will begin after an onboarding call with the social team is completed and all requested photo assets have been received. If we do not have this information and assets 30 days prior to your start date, your posts may be customized only with your headshot and URL.
While the Melon Local team keeps a close eye on all applicable social platforms, we cannot be held responsible for changes made by other groups or individuals who may have access to your accounts. We encourage you to review everyone who has admin or editor access when adding Melon to each of the platforms above.
