Job Description

We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented client success manager (CSM) to join our amazing account management team. This role will be responsible for maintaining external communication with a number of clients, solving problems within the account management team, and ensuring the agency is meeting our clients’ marketing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests
  • Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
  • Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities
  • Keeping the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred, but not required
  • A minimum of one year experience in a similar role within a marketing agency setting
  • Organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Adept at working within a team of different people
  • An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback
  • Flexible and able to solve problems
  • Resilient and positive in difficult situations
  • Able to juggle competing demands from clients and the agency
  • Knowledge of digital marketing STRONGLY desired
  • Knowledge of social media management a HUGE plus
  • Extremely web and email savvy
  • MS Office Suite proficient
  • Ability to perform other duties as assigned
