The start date is the day the Melon team will start building your account, whether that is your landing page or marketing services. Your ads (if applicable to your package) may not be live until 5 business days after your landing page is finalized and/or your start date. If you are not using a Melon landing page, you will be charged the prorated amount for your package (if monthly) or the full annual payment (if option chosen) on your start date. If you are using a Melon landing page, you will be charged the monthly landing page package and your advertising packages won't start until the landing page is finalized. If applicable, your monthly ad spend will be billed in full and not be prorated. Ad spend will be reconciled quarterly and a credit will be issued for any unused funds.
Agreement
By signing with your initials and submitting this form, you are expressly agreeing to activate your plan and to be subject to all corresponding charges. Melon Local will charge you for management and development fees, setup fee, processing fees, and online ad spend (if applicable), in accordance with your billing cycle, using the payment information you have provided. Online ad spend will be charged in full on the first of each month, with unused ad spend rolling over to be used the next month. Payment processing will be conducted through Stripe, a PCI compliant program. To avoid incurring future charges, you may cancel or switch your plan by contacting your Melon Local representative or calling 702-723-2792 prior to the start of the next billing period. Please note that monthly plans canceled during the month will not be eligible for refunds. In the event of cancellation of an annual plan prior to the 12-month term, you will be charged a setup fee in addition to the standard monthly fee for each month services were provided.
