​​Value is what’s most important. In my agency, we want to make sure that we’re educating customers, but we can’t do that if we’re not capturing the people who are trying to shop. This is the challenge that we face — making sure that we’re the ones that people want to call and they don’t view us as too expensive or whatever the case is. We can’t teach the value of our products and services unless we can get people into a conversation. Also, if I’m going to pay a company like you guys to help me manage something like my organic search results, there does need to be some help. I don’t want to pay a fee just to set it and forget it. 4. Purpose-Driven Meetings

I’m data-driven, so for me being able to see that kind of stuff in real time is important. I love having monthly check-ins so that we can review all the data from the previous month, and then that helps us kind of decide what we’re going to do in the following month. A month is a good time period to see what worked, or what didn’t work.

5. We’re a Team

I’m in a business that is very customer-focused, and I think my Success Manager does a really good job understanding that, too, when handling my marketing needs. He doesn’t treat me just like a customer, and I don’t view him as somebody I’m just paying a fee to. I think he does a really good job at building that relationship. And because of that, I feel like we’re a team. I feel like we’re working together, and we have each other’s interests right to the point where I want to stay with Melon Local.
